General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Orders placed directly or through a sales representative are binding only once confirmed by us.
Prices are always quoted for goods delivered ex works at our premises in Romagnano, excluding packaging.
Goods are transported at the buyer's risk and expense. Unless specific written instructions are provided, packaging and shipping will follow the company's standard procedures. All related costs are payable by the buyer.
In the event of late or missed payment, we will immediately suspend all supplies, including those already confirmed, without prejudice to our right to claim compensation for any losses incurred.
Interest under Legislative Decree 231/02 will accrue on amounts paid after the contractual due date. Payment deadlines are strict.
A fixed €15 handling fee will be applied to orders with a value below €200.00.
Delivery dates are always estimates. Any delay will not entitle the buyer to claim damages or refuse delivery. Partial deliveries may be made.
Claims and warranty terms are governed by applicable law, excluding any obligation on our part to pay compensation. We undertake to replace or repair any parts found to be defective, provided they are returned to our workshop carriage paid within six months of delivery and with our prior authorisation.
Returns of goods ordered in error will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the type of goods, following a written request. If a return is accepted, we will issue an authorisation with return instructions. Depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the taxable value of the goods to cover our costs; transport costs are always payable by the customer. Credit for an authorised return will be issued only after our staff have checked that the returned goods are intact. Returns are not accepted for special items made to the customer's specifications or for goods delivered more than 30 days earlier.

In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Vercelli.
